The Orsatti brand originates in 1860 and immediately it dominates in the art of bread-making contributing in a decisive way to the international reputation of the Ferrara bread. In 1946 the Orsatti Pampapato is born in the Orsatti laboratories, which is the most well-known Ferrara cake in the world.
In the last decade the Orsatti company –today at the fifth generation- has expanded its service fields in other sectors like the High-Gastronomy, the Bar, the Ice Cream Parlour, the Catering, the Banqueting, the Congress and Conference Organization, the exportation of wine and food high-quality products.
